2nd Day
Review of the theory studied at home
Principles of cardiac frequency (CF) control and cardiac formulas
Cardio machines and circuit training
Work protocols for functional shoulder and knee recovery
Posturology Fundamentals
Work protocols on main rachis problems
Fermural and calf muscle exercises
Quadriceps exercises
Theoretical and practical fundamentals of stretching
Review of theory or practice
3rd Day
The 10 concepts of communicating with clients. Specific for the instruction / correction / aim of an exercise
CORE stabilization exercises
CORE muscle conditioning exercises
Active stretching (static / passive). Exercises for segmental stretching (one muscle at a time, not muscle chains) / Stretching Attivo (statico / passivo).
Bodyweight muscle conditioning workout sequences/circuits (including functional concepts)
Workshop on the communication applied to the exercises carried out in these two days
4th Day
Review of the theory studied at home
Pratical demonstration of anthropometric evaluation
Training pre and post pregnancy (including cards)
Hands-on making of a training/workout card
Structuring a program on nutritional advice
Theoretical and practical exams
Topics covered online reviewed in class
Degree awarded

Requisites
The course of PT is structured for candidates who are already in possession of a good foundation on anatomy, physiology, and the practical tools. The ideal candidate is therefore those who are already in possession of a BB / Fitness diploma, or are able to face teaching with the optimal knowledge to understand the arguments of the course
